Todd was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, growing up in Woodland Hills in the Southwest section of the San Fernando Valley. Todd attended "CSUN" California State University, Northridge, studying Business & Economics, including Accounting and Real Estate and graduated with honors. After College, Todd started working in Public Accounting for an international Public Accounting Firm Coopers & Lybrand, Todd is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
After Public Accounting, Todd worked 14 years at Universal Studios in various Finance and Accounting roles including as Controller with 90 employees. Todd left Universal Studio in 2004 to pursue a second career in Real Estate, Todd was Originally licensed in 1993, Todd previously worked for Gibson and Associates Realtors in Toluca Lake and Sherman Oaks and Dilbeck Realtors in Sherman Oaks and Keller Williams in Studio City, Sherman Oaks, and Encino.
